I am from the State Of Louisiana, but when I retired I lived in Missouri for about 15 years. Because of the lack of Good Gulf Seafood in Springfield, I decided to drive to Louisiana and start bring some seafood back. This include Oysters, all different sizes of Gulf Head On Shrimp IQF, Crawfish and Alligator Meat. I was selling the Seafood at Farmers Markets in and around Springfield, and that is what lead me to were I am today with the Alligator Meat. Our Markets was open year round and on a cold day a customer stopped by my booth and asked if I had Alligator Meat and of course I did. He bought a couple of pounds and I gave him a card, 3 days later he wanted to know if I could get him a 1000 pounds. Of course, I started to laugh until he told me he was the buyer for Alligator for Bass Pro. They gave me 3 stores to handle which I did for 3 1/2 years. I now supply Bass Pro with my Special Alligator Meat to be served in all Bass Pro Restaurants.
